web_design – Cheap web hosting?

I would look at Microsoft Azure’s free or shared web app plans (~$9.67 per/mo). You’ll get $200 of credits when you sign up for a free trial.

You get really nice tools and management portal. You can run multiple languages and frameworks e.g., ASP.NET, Node.js, Java, PHP, and Python. You have the potential for DevOps optimization with continuous integration and deployment with VSTS, GitHub, or BitBucket. Promote updates through test and staging environments. Perform A/B testing. Manage your apps in App Service by using Azure PowerShell or the cross-platform command-line interface (CLI).

Global scale with high availability if your app becomes successful. Connections to SaaS platforms and on-premises data – Choose from more than 50 connectors for enterprise systems (such as SAP, Siebel, and Oracle), SaaS services (such as Salesforce and Office 365), and internet services (such as Facebook and Twitter). Access on-premises data using Hybrid Connections and Azure Virtual Networks.

If you’d prefer Amazon AWS, you’ll find they offer pretty much the same services at roughly the same price point.
